When just a child, both of Alucard’s parents were killed by demons and he was imprisoned and suffered cruelties at their hands for several months, until finally he was rescued by demon hunters and raised by them. From a young age, he was raised to be an outstanding demon hunter, with an extreme enmity for the demon race. The three iron laws of the demon hunters are: Swear no allegiance to any army. Spare not a single one of demonkind. Never stop carrying out missions.
Passive – After use, the next basic attack will teleport the hero next to the target. If the ability only targets one enemy, then it will deal 1.2x damage. If it only targets two enemies, it will deal 1.1x damage.
1st Skill – Leaps forward and launches 1/1/1/1/1/1 strikes. Each strike deals 240/270/300/330/360/390 pts of physical damage to the enemy and slow them down.
2nd Skill – Slashes at enemies in the area, dealing 230/260/290/320/350/380 physical damage.
3rd Skill – Increases 20%/25%/30% of the hero’s lifesteal while also locking in on an enemy. Dealing damage to this enemy within 8/8/8s must trigger the extra passive damage effect, as well as increase 100%/100%/100% of current lifesteal effect. While this ability is in effect, the hero can cast forth powerful Attack Waves, dealing 440/600/760 pts of physical damage.
Alucard can be the nightmare of all marksman if fed properly. His passive lets you close the gap for ranged opponents. Alucard doesn’t have to wait for late game in order to excel. His skills and ultimate can deal devastating damage. What you want to do early game though is farm. Avoid getting killed early game as this can impede your level and gold. Don’t look for clashes in the early game. Alucard has great mobility, so jungling and ganking will be your forte in the early game. Alucard can easily chase down opponents, just be sure not to miss your first jump.
A properly played Alucard can be a monster in the late game. You can be the carry for your team with your insane life steal and damage. However, keep in mind that the reason Alucard is so strong is because of his life steal. If you can’t life steal then things can go bad for you. Your main weakness would be crowd control. If you get disabled, then you’re just the same as any squishy hero. In an all out team clash, it would be better for you to enter the clash just a few seconds late. This helps you avoid most of the disables from the opposing team. This is when you can rampage with your skills and basic attacks. Your life steal will sustain your hp, and if your timing is good when clashing, then triple and quadra kills is possible.
