If set up properly, Alpha can be the deciding factor in winning a team clash. The trick is knowing when to jump with your ultimate. If possible, you’d want to hit as many opponents as possible with your ultimate. It would be best to jump in while 3 or 4 of them are clustered together. Right after the jump, use your second skill to restore some of your HP as well as increase your attack speed. The damage of this combo can be enough to dwindle the HP of the opponents you’ve hit. You’ve got two options at this point:
- The first option is to flicker out of the clash, then use your first skill and attack with your basic attacks or retreat a bit until your ultimate is available again. Even if you start attacking again right after you flicker, you are in a less dangerous position since the opponents have already switched targets.
- The second option is to stay within the clash right after you use your second skill. Do remember that hitting a lot of opponents with your second skill increases a lot of your attack speed and this would be the ideal time to go crazy with your basic attacks. The more you hit with your second skill, the faster your attack speed will be.
The options you make is based on the game’s current state. If your team doesn’t have much crowd control to back you up, then it would be better to flicker out and then attack again from the outside. This also enables you to have a chance to use your ultimate again within just a few seconds. However, if you are confident in your team, it would be better to stay within the clash and do damage with your basic attacks. Having a Tigreal within the clash or a Ruby can be a huge help for Alpha. Continuing your attack right after the second skill can also help your team make fast kills thus eliminating any possible threats quickly.

The cooldown reduction benefits Alpha’s 3rd skill. Plus it has decent damage and lifesteal.
This item gives you mobility plus extra armor.
Slows down the enemy plus it has cooldown reduction.
This item gives Alpha extra damage. The last 2 items where for defense. It is time to pump up some damage.
During late game your marksman or mage should have farmed enough. Your role now is to support and stun while your team mate deals the damage. The last two items are focused on defense.
Great HP gain with an insane HP regen for every assist or kill.

Alpha is another creation of Laboratory 1718 after Saber left. Mad scientists got a new idea from a famous sci-fi movie. Using human bodies as biological material and space meteorolite as metal skeletons, they created powerful twins. Alpha and Beta, also known as ‘Flesh Weapon’, are capable of utilizing a supernatural power that’s ubiquitous but very mystery. However, the twins had always had a strong conscience, and refused to become killing machines. Getting help from Saber, they escaped from the alt-world. However, on their way to escape, Beta’s core was destroyed. All that Alpha could retrieve, was Beta’s half metallic arm. After coming to the Land of Dawn, with the help of master machinist Rooney, now Beta keeps company with Alpha as a form of an aircraft.
Passive – Using skills will summon Beta to attack and mark the target. Beta will attack the target continuously after 2 mark(s), dealing 150 pts of true damage in total.
1st Skill – Launches a slash forwards, dealing 175/195/215/235/255/275 pts of physical damage to the enemies along the way and lower their movement speed 70%/70%/70%/70%/70%/70%, lasting 2/2/2/2/2/2s. After the light wave launches, Beta will follow its trace to strafe the enemy, dealing 95/105/115/125/135/145 pts of physical damage.
2nd Skill – After powering up for a while, the hero will strike forwards in a conical area and deal 245/265/285/305/325/345 pts of physical damage to enemies and slow them down. Every hit on an enemy will increase self’s attack speed by 5%/6.5%/8%/9.5%/11%/12.5% and restore 110/140/170/200/230/260 pts of HP. When powering-up ends, Beta will strafe enemies along the edge of attack range, dealing 105/125/145/165/185/205 pts of physical damage.
3rd Skill – Wields the light spear powerfully, stunning the target when it hits. The hero will be pulled to the hit enemy, dealing 245/305/365 pts of physical damage to enemies along the way. When the light spear hits, it will guide the fight suit to strafe toward the target\’s area, dealing 205/245/285 pts of physical damage.
